Just to let you know, I have started a Trans New England group on myspace at http://groups.myspace.com/transne. It has 40 members right now. Hopefully some of those members have LJ and will join here to add some more action here. But feel free to join the group there.

And this is not exactly a New England event, but in Michigan there is an event called Camp Trans on August 6-13. It is only a $10-40 donation for the event. It protests aginst the Womyn’s Music Festival policy that allows only bio-women in. There will be preformers and workshops as well!! See http://camptrans.squarespace.com/ for more info.

Boston Pride is on Saturday June 10th, where I hear there will be a TS Haven House table set up in the vending area. Cheeck it out! Also, Boston's FIRST Trans Pride is June 11th from 5-8pm at the Community Church in Boston 565 Boylston Street, Boston (Copley Square.It is for members of the Transgender community including partners, friends, and family. Translating Identity Conference (TIC) is on February 24-26 2006, at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. It is free, but you have to register befor hand.
